A C2Y Facilitator will arrange a pre-workshop phone consultation to assess your organization's current client/provider communication needs and goals. This survey is essential to the success of the workshop. Some of the issues you might discuss during the consultation are as follows:
- Date of workshop.
- Contact person.
- Number of youth trainers.
- Number of facilitators.
- Location (including room number).
- Directions.
- How many people will be at the workshop?
- What are their roles & responsibilities?
- What is the size of the main room we'll be in?
- Is there a second (3rd?) room we can use for some small group work?

- Are there any in particular you would like us to focus on?
- Are there any you would like us to not focus on?
- Are there any you would like to add?
3.) We have several characters we use in our role-play scenarios: are there any particular types of characters that you would like us to include (We can not guarantee we will be able to realize all of these.)?
4.) Can you please think of a negative or challenging scenario from your personal experience that we can draw on to use as a demonstration for change?
